Preparation

Peel and cut the potatoes lengthwise. Peel and chop the onions. Arrange them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle them with a drizzle of olive oil. Pour a water base of approximately 3cm high in the oven dish. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and add the juice in the dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and thyme. Put the dish in a hot oven, 220°C, 40 minutes. Add a little water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
