Preparation
Melt 200 g of sugar in a saucepan until you get an amber caramel. Add 20cl of lukewarm liquid cream and cook the preparation until a homogeneous and thick mixture is obtained. Excluding from the heat, add 10g of butter and fleur de sel to your liking. Leave to cool.
