Delivery Terms & Conditions

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping fees. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package.

  • We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to minimize shipping costs.
  • We cannot combine separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.
  • Packages are shipped at the buyer’s risk, but special care is taken for fragile items.

If you encounter any issues (delivery delays, lost package, incorrect delivery address), our Customer Service team is available to assist you.

For non-European Union countries, custom duties may apply upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient if required.



Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal


You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or return of your items.

To initiate a withdrawal request:

  • You can also manage your request directly from your customer account in the "My Returns" section.

We will respond within 24 hours with detailed return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.
