Organic autumn teas, herbal teas and gourmet treats

A warm selection to accompany the days as they grow shorter

Autumn is savoured at Provence d’Antan

The Provence d’Antan autumn selection brings together organic teas and herbal teas, gift sets and gourmet treats with fruity, spiced or delicately woody profiles. Apple, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa or citrus fruits evoke warm afternoon snacks, forest walks and the first evenings under a blanket. Creations elaborated with care in France, to savour throughout the day or share with those you love.

Emblematic autumn flavours

Ingredients vary depending on each product. The list shown on the packaging remains the reference before any tasting.

Apple

Sweet, fruity and familiar, apple evokes orchards, still-warm tarts and seasonal afternoon snacks. It pairs beautifully with cinnamon, ginger, pear or red fruits.

Cinnamon

Warm and woody, cinnamon brings characteristic depth to autumn recipes. It accompanies apple as well as cocoa, citrus fruits or compositions inspired by gingerbread.

Ginger

Ginger brings a lively and slightly piquant note. It gives relief to fruity blends as well as more spiced pairings.

Cocoa

Intense and enveloping, cocoa creates generous cups with dessert-like accents. It pairs particularly well with cinnamon, chicory and spices.

Citrus fruits

Orange and lemon introduce a zesty note that balances the roundest recipes. They bring light to seasonal blends.

Red fruits and berries

Blackcurrant, raspberry, blueberry or blackberry give infusions fruity and sometimes lightly tangy nuances. Their colour naturally accompanies the imagination of undergrowth and autumn harvests.

What does autumn mean at Provence d’Antan?

At Provence d’Antan, autumn marks a change of rhythm. Days grow shorter, mornings become cooler and pauses at home take on a different tone. It is the moment to return to a hot cup, cook more slowly and create simple rituals around plants.

Our autumn selection is not built around a single flavour. It brings together woody, spiced, fruity or indulgent recipes, chosen to accompany the different nuances of the season.

Some blends recall a walk among damp leaves. Others evoke an apple tart, a square of chocolate or a kitchen where cinnamon and ginger gently infuse. Each creation therefore tells a facet of autumn, between nature, generosity and the pleasure of coming together.

How to choose your autumn tea or herbal tea

For a fruity cup

Choose a recipe containing apple, pear, red fruits or citrus peels. These compositions are particularly suited to an afternoon snack or a mid-day tasting moment.

For spiced notes

Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom or clove create warm and expressive infusions. They readily accompany rainy days and the first cold spells.

For an indulgent tasting moment

Recipes with cocoa, chicory or pastry-like notes offer a round and generous cup, ideal with a biscuit or a slice of cake.

For the morning

A black tea or green tea is suitable for lovers of drinks naturally containing theine. Always respect the indicated infusion time in order to preserve the balance of the cup.

For the end of the day

Choose a herbal tea or rooibos containing neither tea nor maté. Check the product composition to confirm the absence of theine.

To discover several recipes

A gift set composed of different infusions allows you to alternate fruity, spiced and botanical profiles throughout the week.

To offer

Choose a gift set according to the recipient’s habits: teas for a lover of characterful tasting moments, herbal teas for someone who prefers infusions, or an assortment for someone whose preferences you know less well.

When and how to enjoy autumn drinks

At breakfast

A black tea or green tea accompanies the first hours of the day. Serve it with toast, an organic jam or a slice of brioche.

During a cool morning

A steaming cup creates a short pause between two activities. Choose a tea for a more structured profile or a herbal tea for a theine-free tasting moment, depending on its composition.

At afternoon snack time

Fruity, spiced or cocoa-based recipes naturally accompany an apple cake, a biscuit, gingerbread or a few squares of chocolate.

After a meal

An infusion can extend lunch or dinner in a convivial atmosphere. The choice should remain guided by your tastes and by the ingredients actually present in the recipe.

During an autumn evening

Prepare a herbal tea in a large mug or in a teapot to share. Soft light, a blanket and a few pages of a book are enough to turn the tasting moment into a true seasonal ritual.

How to prepare an autumn tea or herbal tea

Preparation depends on the product family and the recommendations shown on its packaging.

For a herbal tea

Use one sachet per cup or the recommended loose-leaf quantity. Pour in water at the indicated temperature and respect the infusion time specific to the recipe. Many herbal teas require a longer infusion than tea.

For a green tea

Use water that is less hot than for a herbal tea and avoid extending the infusion excessively. Water that is too hot or an infusion time that is too long can increase bitterness.

For a black tea

Black tea generally accepts hotter water and offers a more sustained cup. Nevertheless, follow the precise indications of the chosen reference.

For preparation in a teapot

Adapt the number of sachets or the loose-leaf quantity to the volume of water. Remove the blend when the recommended time has been reached in order to preserve a balanced profile.
