Sourced from certified organic farming*, our sapwood is carefully selected for its aromatic finesse and natural richness. Harvested at the optimal moment with respect for the tree, it preserves all the generosity of this ancestral species, guaranteeing an exceptional infusion.

PREPARATION ADVICE

Place 20 g of chips (about 1/3 of the jar) into 1 liter of cold water. Bring to a boil and let gently reduce for 20 minutes until about 3/4 of the liquid remains.

Strain to remove the chips. This infusion may be enjoyed throughout the day, preferably between meals.

Repeat daily for 10 days.
